Job summary

Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid acquisition and growth. You will launch, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram, Reddit and more, working directly with the Growth team and CMO to accelerate consumer growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, testing strategies, and data-driven optimisations, with remote collaboration across international teams and potential to grow ad budgets.

Qualifications

• Hands-on professional experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition or media buying.
• Proven experience personally launching, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience with major consumer acquisition platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads or Reddit Ads.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and campaign performance.
• Ability to own campaigns and clearly explain actions taken to improve results.
• Experience testing advertising creatives, audiences, targeting strategies or campaign structures.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into optimization decisions.
• Strong analytical thinking and a results-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working directly within advertising platforms and responsibility for execution.
• Ability to communicate measurable results and distinguish personal contributions from team achievements.
• Strong experimentation mindset and willingness to continuously test and refine strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with an international remote team.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work under a B2B contractor agreement.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across platforms.
• Take direct ownership of individual campaigns from setup to performance.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and other KPIs.
• Design and execute structured tests across audiences and creatives.
• Evaluate test results and implement data-driven changes.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and optimise outcomes.
• Track campaign contributions and communicate results.
• Collaborate with Growth team on acquisition strategies and testing.
• Research emerging opportunities and platform developments.
• Support continuous experimentation to improve conversion and efficiency.
• Develop skills to independently manage larger advertising budgets.
• Work with CMO & Co-founder to support growth objectives.
