Independence Pet Holdings is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead centralized marketing across its portfolio of pet brands. You will guide acquisition strategy, optimize across search, social, and affiliates, and influence investments with cross-functional leadership.

You will partner with Brand, Analytics, and Commercial teams to improve performance, forecast outcomes, and balance brand-level needs with enterprise growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related quantitative field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital acquisition, media strategy, or related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in paid search and paid social marketing, including platform management and optimization.
• Strong understanding of attribution methodologies, incrementality testing, measurement frameworks, and marketing analytics.
• Experience managing or influencing multi-million-dollar media budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose performance issues and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and digital marketing economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, affiliate/aggregator, and emerging channels.
• Partner with internal teams, agencies, and platform partners to drive campaign execution and optimization.
• Identify opportunities across targeting, bidding, creative, landing pages, and customer journeys.
• Develop cohesive acquisition strategies linking awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Evaluate new channels and marketing technologies to expand capacity and efficiency.
• Monitor AI-powered search and discovery platforms to adapt acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with Analytics to improve attribution, forecasting, and incrementality testing.
