Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Lead Analyst, Performance Marketing Analytics within Expanded Core to partner with performance marketing, measure effectiveness, diagnose trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations to improve acquisition efficiency and long-term value.

This hands-on role reports to the Manager of User Analytics & Insights and requires strong analytical depth to tackle ambiguous marketing questions. The position can be based in a US office or remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or a related quantitative field.
• Hands-on experience supporting performance marketing analytics.
• Advanced SQL; Python or R for analysis.
• Strong metrics knowledge including CAC, ROAS, LTV.
• Experience with MMM and MTA.
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
• Experience analyzing large-scale datasets.
• Exposure to segmentation, predictive modelling, or causal inference.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling with Hex/Tableau/Looker/Grafana.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior analytical partner to Performance Marketing, Growth, Finance, and adjacent teams.
• Analyze performance across CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion, retention, and downstream revenue.
• Diagnose changes in acquisition performance and drivers across channel mix and audience.
• Support decisions around channel strategy, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation via analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and quantify impact.
• Develop deep-dive analyses explaining why performance changes and actions needed.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests, holdouts, lift studies, and incrementality tests.
• Apply statistics when experiments aren't possible and improve measurement approaches.
• Communicate limitations, trade-offs, and confidence levels clearly.
• Translate findings into persuasive business narratives and recommended steps.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices.
