Eliassen Group is seeking a PeopleSoft Developer to design, develop, test, implement, document, and support enterprise systems and technologies on a remote basis. The role leads small projects, collaborates with business and IT stakeholders, and ensures quality through clear requirements, designs, tests, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise systems programming experience.
• 8+ years SQL database experience.
• 4+ years ERP experience.
• Experience leading small teams and building consensus.
• Advanced problem-solving using creativity and multiple information sources.
• Advanced communication skills for complex information.
• Proficient in web design, HTML and CSS.
• ANSI SQL and multi-tier application experience.
• PeopleSoft expertise and related modules.
• Preferred: Java or C#; insurance industry knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead small projects with manageable risks and resources, and develop detailed work plans.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and lead user acceptance testing for updates and integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications and integrations with documentation and test plans.
• Manage up to four employees for a project or system; coach and mentor team members.
• Create documentation and lead architecture reviews.
• Develop estimates and capacity plans for support and projects.
• Manage operational efficiency scorecards for supported systems.
• Pursue continuous quality improvements and collaborate on multi-year roadmaps.
• Create and implement effective metrics and monitoring processes.
• Recommend improvements and apply standards for enterprise systems.
