Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer for a remote, full-time role. You will design, develop, test, implement, document, and support enterprise systems while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise systems programming experience.
• 8+ years SQL database experience and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• 4+ years ERP experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects with manageable risks and develop detailed work plans.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define business requirements and lead user acceptance testing for application updates and integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications and integrations, including requirements, technical design documents, and test plans.
• Manage up to four employees for a project or system, coach and mentor team members, and maintain team performance.
• Create documentation and lead architecture reviews.
• Develop estimates and capacity plans for support and projects.
• Manage operational efficiency scorecards for supported systems.
• Pursue continuous quality improvements and collaborate with vendors on multi-year roadmaps.
• Create and implement effective metrics and monitoring processes.
• Recommend improvements and apply standards, processes, and procedures for enterprise systems.
