Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a PeopleSoft Financials Developer for remote, contract-to-hire engagement. You will design, build, and support enterprise financial systems, implement REST services via Integration Broker, and deliver high-quality SQL solutions for reconciliation and reporting.

You will own unit testing, documentation, deployment plans, and production support while mentoring peers and adopting AI-driven tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of development experience in PeopleSoft Financials modules: AP, GL, AR, and Purchasing.
• Strong SQL development, including stored procedures and complex T-SQL queries.
• Troubleshooting and testing experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft ERPs (HCM/FMS).
• Integration Broker experience including REST API web services.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and development of specifications and review prepared programming specifications.
• Develop detailed system designs and review approved system designs with the project team.
• Develop application code and review code that requires modification.
• Develop and coordinate technical implementation plans.
• Unit test application code and assist with system testing.
• Prepare and update all necessary documentation.
• Perform implementation activities.
• Provide production support including on-call rotation and technical assistance to end users and IT staff.
• Review schedules, objectives, and priorities with the service manager.
• Initiate suggestions for improvement to systems and procedures.
• Assist with routine work of the department as required.
