Eliassen Group is seeking a Peoplesoft Developer for remote, full-time engagement. The role designs, develops, tests, and supports enterprise systems with an emphasis on integration, reporting, security, and continuous improvement.

You will mentor teammates and drive quality through clear requirements, designs, tests, and documentation. Qualified candidates should have extensive ERP and PeopleSoft experience, strong SQL skills, and prior leadership of small teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise systems programming experience.
• 8+ years SQL database experience.
• 4+ years ERP experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams.
• Advanced problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft and multi-tier applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead small projects with defined plans and risks.
• Define business requirements and manage UAT for updates.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications and integrations.
• Coach up to four team members and maintain performance.
• Create documentation and lead architecture reviews.
• Develop estimates and capacity plans.
• Track operational efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate on multi-year roadmaps with vendors.
• Implement monitoring processes and standards.
