Job summary

Cotiviti seeks a Senior People Operations Compliance Analyst to advance regulatory readiness and policy enforcement. You will partner with Legal and cross-functional teams to interpret evolving requirements, translate them into practical controls, and support audits and attestations.

In this role, you will drive standardized processes, manage risk across jurisdictions, and contribute to global People policies and procedures while maintaining documentation and evidence of compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Experience in people compliance, employment law, or governance/risk roles (5–7 years).
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certifications highly preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems such as UKG Pro or iCIMS.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory requirements and industry trends across US and international jurisdictions.
• Assess client compliance requirements and review contracts for operational impact.
• Support audits, inquiries, and attestations with documentation and controls.
• Design and improve compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional compliance initiatives and policy updates.
• Track deliverables and elevate issues requiring leadership review.
