Ivanti is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to support HR operations for employees and managers across the Americas. You will manage lifecycle events, ensure data integrity in HR systems, and advise on HR policies while maintaining compliance with employment laws.

This role collaborates with Partners and COEs to standardize processes and improve HR services. You will be a trusted resource in data privacy and HR systems, contributing to scalable, compliant, and efficient HR operations

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or 3–5 years progressive HR ops experience.
• Strong knowledge of Americas employment regulations and HR compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, ATS, or similar).
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, transfers, leaves, offboarding.
• Process employee transactions accurately in HR systems.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, programs, and procedures to employees and managers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
