Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) seeks a TaxEx SaaS SME & Knowledge Expert to drive payroll tax expertise across Product, Engineering, Enablement, Sales, and Compliance. This senior specialist translates complex tax knowledge into training content, configuration guides, and scalable decision frameworks for the team.

The role partners with the TaxEx Training team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure tax rules drive software configurations, demos, and customer outcomes in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in payroll, payroll tax, or tax operations with mastery of multi-jurisdictional payroll tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary tax SME for Product and Engineering–ensuring TaxEx features are consistent with regulations.
• Translate customer feedback into prioritized product enhancement recommendations for the tax product roadmap.
• Assist product leaders in prioritizing TaxEx initiatives and align engineering to key roadmap items.
• Participate in UAT to validate new releases against real-world tax scenarios across SaaS customers.
• Assist in solving complex customer issues spanning implementation, data mapping, file exports, agency interactions, and software usage.
