You will lead payroll processing, audits, and reporting, while collaborating with HR, Finance, and Compliance to maintain data integrity and process improvements. This role emphasizes accuracy, adaptability, and strong communicational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive payroll experience across multiple states.
• Experience with UKG Ready or similar HRIS/payroll platform.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, prevailing wage, and wage/hour laws.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, off-cycle, and adjustment payrolls for salaried, hourly, and variable-hour employees.
• Manage payroll across 21 states ensuring wage and hour compliance.
• Review payroll calculations including overtime, deductions, PTO, and taxable benefits.
• Maintain labor allocations, job costing data, and payroll records.
• Prepare certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage compliance.
• Reconcile payroll data, deductions, and tax-related information.
• Process garnishments and other deductions as required.
• Collaborate with Finance for quarter-end/year-end activities and filings.
• Support payroll system testing, upgrades, and enhancements within UKG Ready.
