Job summary

NMDP in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Payroll Analyst to support biweekly multi-state payroll processing, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You will analyze payroll data, answer employee inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with Benefits, Finance, and HR to meet payroll requirements.

Experience with Oracle Time and Labor and ADP Workforce Now is required. This role will prepare payroll reports, support year-end tasks (W-2 review), maintain records, and assist with payroll tax

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of payroll and tax experience with multi-state payroll processing.
• Experience supporting payroll audits and year-end activities.
• CPP or FPC certification, active or inactive

Responsibilities

• Process, audit, and reconcile payroll data to ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Review timekeeping, earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and deposits for accuracy.
• Prepare payroll reports and data analysis for audits and leadership decisions.
• Maintain payroll records and support year-end activities including W-2 review.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Finance, HR to ensure payroll changes align with policy.
• Support multi-state payroll requirements and testing of payroll systems.
