Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• 5-8+ years of payroll experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of CBAs, prevailing wage laws, and wage/hour regulations.
• Experience with construction payroll, timekeeping, or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of certified payroll reporting and multi-state payroll tax requirements.

Aufgaben

• Process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees across multiple job sites and states.
• Interpret and apply CBA provisions to payroll calculations, including wages, overtime, and job-specific rates.
• Validate and reconcile timecard submissions; follow up on missing or inaccurate entries.
• Deduct and remit union dues, fringe contributions, and other withholdings.
• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports (Davis-Bacon, prevailing wage).
• Maintain employee payroll records, classifications, and labor distribution data.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Accounting, and Project Managers to ensure accuracy.
