Job summary

Wrapbook, a leading AI-driven payroll platform, seeks a Senior Union Paymaster I to manage complex union payrolls remotely across the USA. You will interpret CBAs, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Labor Relations, Payroll Ops, and Product teams to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing.

You will drive improvements in documentation, standard operating procedures, and cross-functional workflows while maintaining high productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing in a multi-union environment.
• Strong ability to interpret union rules and CBAs in production payroll.
• Experience mentoring peers and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and review complex union payrolls within SLAs.
• Apply complex collective bargaining agreements across productions.
• Serve as escalation point for payroll scenarios.
• Review calculations, make corrections, document rationale.
• Maintain clear payroll notes and status updates.
• Communicate with customers and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations, Payroll Ops, Product/Engineering.
• Mentor Union Paymasters and share best practices.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Create and update SOPs reflecting current rules.
