Job summary

Salute Mission Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada, leveraging ADP Workforce Now. This full-time, remote role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and process improvement within a fast-growing environment.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and Labor Relations to ensure timely payroll runs, audits, and adherence to CBAs, while supporting transformation initiatives to scale payroll infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-state payroll in US and Canada.
• Experience processing payroll for unionized workforces and interpreting CBAs.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer full-cycle US/Canada payrolls using ADP Workforce Now.
• Ensure timely processing of regular and off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, retroactive pay, terminations.
• Reconcile payroll data with HR, benefits, and finance inputs.
• Process payroll in accordance with CBAs and union wage provisions.
• Coordinate payroll changes with HR, Operations, and Labor Relations.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation for represented employees.
