Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist based in the United States. You will oversee end-to-end payroll for US and Canada, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity in a fully remote, fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities include multi-jurisdictional processing using ADP Workforce Now, handling unions, CBAs, off-cycle payments, and audits. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Labor Relations to drive payroll improvements and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience in US/Canada.
• Experience with union payroll and CBAs.
• ADP Workforce Now experience required.
• UKG knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll across US/Canada using ADP Workforce Now.
• Ensure timely processing of regular and off-cycle payrolls (bonuses, retro, terminations).
• Reconcile payroll data with HR, benefits and Finance.
• Administer union dues and labor-related deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and support internal/external audits.
• Develop and update payroll SOPs and controls.
