Job summary

Pretium Enterprise Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage bi-weekly payroll across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role relies on Workday with coordination with ADP for taxes and garnishments, and requires strong analytical skills and meticulous recordkeeping.

The position is remote within the United States and offers a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
4+ years of payroll processing in a multi-state, matrixed organization.
Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables and charts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Customer service orientation and stakeholder support.

Responsibilities

Process full-cycle payroll for a multi-entity organization bi-weekly and semi-monthly.
Enter, maintain and process data in Workday; coordinate with ADP.
Audit time and attendance, garnishments, and related vendor management.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and maintain data accuracy.
Support reconciliations, payroll balancing and W-2 processing.
Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation; ensure on-time reporting.
