Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst for a fully remote, global role. You will enable reliable and compliant payroll operations across multiple countries, collaborating with Workday Payroll, CloudPay, and ADP while supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced tech environment.

You’ll troubleshoot payroll issues, help configure systems, maintain thorough documentation, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in payroll, HR operations, or related analytical functions.
• Proven support experience with global payroll platforms such as Workday, CloudPay, or ADP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Effective communicator with the ability to interpret technical and non-technical information.
• Comfort working across different systems, vendors, and international time zones.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies by analyzing root causes and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist with payroll system configuration, testing, and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with providers like Workday, CloudPay, and ADP to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures, process maps, and controls.
• Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Support compliance activities, including audits and regulatory reporting.
• Participate in vendor governance, project updates, and global payroll initiatives.
