The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payroll, deep tax knowledge, and proven experience with Workday and ADP SmartCompliance. Strong data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of payroll and payroll tax experience across multi-jurisdictional payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with Workday and ADP/SmartCompliance ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work late on certain days.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage full-cycle payroll for 10,000+ employees across multiple states.
• Create, verify and upload payroll data into HCM systems (Workday).
• Analyze payroll data for accuracy and compliance in hourly and salaried payrolls.
• Lead tax reconciliations and W-2 production with ADP and external systems.
• Ensure SOX controls documentation and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and IT to optimize payroll processes.
