Lumen is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate calculation and processing of Time and Attendance records via WFS, vacation, and other payroll items. This remote opportunity is open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

You will respond to time entry inquiries, support Benefits administration and Payroll Operations, and contribute to HR activities and team goals. A minimum of five years' payroll experience and WFS proficiency are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Payroll experience is required.
• Workforce Software System (WFS) experience.
• Knowledge of multistate payroll laws and requirements.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review time records and verify payroll compliance with requirements.
• Interpret and apply time reporting and pay policies including vacation and leave.
• Respond to payroll and paycheck inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Audit bi-weekly time entry.
• Utilize WFS Export and close time entry batches for payroll cycles.
• Provide backup support for Canadian payroll.
• Provide administrative support for related HR activities and team goals.
• Testing support for WFS, coordinating with IT and WFS admins.
• Partner with internal partners and 3rd party vendors for time reporting improvements.
