Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant payroll experience.
• Payroll experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Review time and attendance records for accuracy and compliance.
• Interpret payroll policies including vacation, leave, and government regulations.
• Respond to payroll inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Audit bi-weekly time entry and finalize batches in WFS.
• Provide backup for Canadian payroll as needed.
• Collaborate with HR and IT for payroll system improvements.
