Lumen is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst for a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States. You will manage Time and Attendance processing, payroll inquiries, and benefits-related input using WFS, with backup support for Canadian payroll.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of payroll experience, and strong knowledge of multistate payroll laws and Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum of five years of payroll experience.
• Experience with Workforce Software System (WFS) is required.
• Knowledge of multistate payroll laws and regulations.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, and excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Review time records for payroll compliance and accuracy.
• Interpret and apply time reporting and pay policies (vacation, leaves, disability, etc.).
• Respond to payroll inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Audit bi-weekly time entries.
• Utilize WFS exports and close payroll time batches as needed.
• Provide backup support for Canadian payroll and related HR tasks.
• Collaborate with internal partners and third-party vendors on time reporting improvements.
• Support testing for WFS with IT and WFS administrators.
