Lumen is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate calculation and processing of Time and Attendance and other payroll items using WFS, vacation, and related processes. You will respond to time-entry inquiries and support Benefits and Payroll Operations while contributing to HR activities and team goals.

This is a remote opportunity open nationwide in the U.S. You will audit time entries, export from WFS, handle terminations batches, provide Canadian payroll backup, and collaborate

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Payroll experience is required.
• Workforce Software System (WFS) experience.
• Knowledge of multistate payroll laws and requirements.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review employee time records and verify compliance with payroll requirements.
• Interpret and apply time reporting and pay policies (vacation, leave, disability, workers' comp).
• Respond to payroll and paycheck inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Audit bi-weekly time entry.
• Utilize WFS Export and close time entry batches daily for terminations and bi-weekly for standard payroll.
• Provide backup support for Canadian payroll.
