Lumen is hiring a Senior Payroll Analyst in the United States for a fully remote role. The candidate will manage time and attendance processing using WFS, vacation tracking, and payroll-related items while supporting Benefits administration and Payroll Operations.

The role requires five years of payroll experience, WFS proficiency, and strong knowledge of multistate payroll laws. Collaboration with IT, HR, and external vendors is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, HR, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Payroll experience is required.
• Workforce Software System (WFS) experience.
• Knowledge of multistate payroll laws and requirements.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review employee time records and verify compliance with payroll requirements.
• Interpret and apply time reporting/pay policies including vacation and leaves.
• Respond to payroll and paycheck inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Audit bi-weekly time entry.
• Utilize WFS exports and close time batches daily for terminations and bi-weekly for standard payroll.
• Provide backup support for Canadian payroll.
• Test and coordinate with WFS administrators and IT support.
• Partner with internal partners and vendors for time reporting improvements.
