Job summary

CSG Systems is seeking a Senior Customer Delivery Specialist for remote work in the United States. You will lead onboarding projects, guide customers through integrations, and train partners on Forte and CSG Payments platforms.

A strong API and CRM background is required, with cross-functional collaboration across Risk, Compliance, Product, and Engineering. You will coordinate tickets, participate in business reviews, and mentor peers while traveling occasionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in payments, PayFac, merchant acquiring, fintech, or SaaS onboarding.
• Proven success in onboarding or implementation for ISVs, ISOs, government or enterprise merchants.
• Strong understanding of APIs, payment terminals, gateways, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), onboarding platforms, ticketing systems, and PM tools.
• Ability to translate complex payment workflows into clear guidance.
• Excellent project management for multiple complex implementations.
• Experience with government, healthcare, utilities, recurring billing, marketplace, or moderate-risk verticals.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead kickoff sessions, define requirements, and guide customers through integration best practices.
• Train partners on platform functionality, reporting tools, and merchant lifecycle processes.
• Build long-term trust and handoff customers to Customer Success when live.
• Coordinate and manage tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate tickets as appropriate; mentor peers on complex scenarios.
• Contribute to process improvements, playbooks, and team enablement.
