Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Manager to lead payer product strategy and commercialization. You will translate market needs into differentiated product roadmaps, partnering with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders to guide investments from discovery through commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
• 5-8+ years in product strategy, product management, healthcare consulting, or commercial strategy in healthcare tech or analytics.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
• Deep knowledge of payer operations, healthcare data, claims analytics, and workflows.
• Experience developing business cases and prioritizing investments using TAM/SAM/SOM; enterprise SaaS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's payer portfolio with 12-24 month roadmaps.
• Collaborate with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance.
• Lead market validation, business cases, and requirements for successful execution.
• Drive commercialization including pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Identify AI-enabled capabilities and automation opportunities to improve value and scalability.
• Act as payer product SME and support client engagements, webinars, and market-facing activities.
• Partner with sales and marketing to accelerate adoption and optimize lifecycle performance.
