You will translate market needs, client insights, and business objectives into differentiated product strategies, partnering with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years in product strategy, management, or healthcare analytics for payer orgs.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycles, portfolio planning, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction and 12–24 month roadmaps for payer products.
• Translate market insights and client feedback into differentiated products.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with PMs, GM, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
• Own go-to-market plans, pricing, and commercialization strategies.
• Measure performance through adoption, feedback, and post-launch analytics.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to enhance value and scalability.
• Support scalable service models with Client Services and Ops.
