Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Manager to lead payer product strategy and commercialization. You will translate market insights into differentiated product roadmaps, working with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional teams to align product investments with client needs.

The role requires deep payer expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare analytics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, healthcare consulting, or commercial strategy within healthcare technology, SaaS, or analytics serving payer organizations.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, product development lifecycles, and portfolio planning.
• Deep knowledge of payer operations, healthcare data, claims analytics, and health plan workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's payer portfolio and 12- to 24-month roadmaps.
• Collaborate with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders to translate market insights into differentiated products.
• Lead market validation, business case development, and requirements for successful execution by engineering teams.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and client services to drive adoption and commercial performance.
• Measure product performance and adjust investments based on market feedback and analytics.
