Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Manager to lead product strategy and commercialization for its payer offerings. You will translate health-plan needs, market trends, and client insights into differentiated product roadmaps and go-to-market plans in collaboration with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology or related field.
• 5-8+ years in product strategy, product management, healthcare consulting, or commercial strategy within healthcare technology, SaaS, or analytics serving payer organizations.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, product development lifecycles, and portfolio planning.
• Experience launching and commercializing enterprise SaaS or healthcare analytics solutions for payer organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's payer portfolio and 12-24 month roadmaps.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Product Leadership to evaluate market opportunities and drive priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to validate opportunities and maximize adoption.
• Lead market validation, business case development, and requirements for engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities and automation.
• Lead commercialization efforts with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and GMs to develop positioning and pricing.
