Ladders is seeking a Sr. Patient Access Manager – North Florida for a remote role based in the United States.

The position focuses on accelerating patient access by educating providers, resolving reimbursement barriers, and strengthening provider relationships across accounts and staff. The role collaborates with internal teams to navigate coverage requirements and prior authorization to streamline patient support processes.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in access and reimbursement strategies.
• Medicare knowledge strongly preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, market access, or specialty pharmacy.

Responsabilités

• Educate healthcare providers on access-related requirements to support timely patient access.
• Resolve access and reimbursement issues through education and collaboration.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare provider accounts and their support staff.
• Navigate the patient access process with deep market knowledge.
• Conduct educational in-services on coverage, prior authorization, and patient support services.
• Escalate payer issues to national accounts and field leadership partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify complex issues and improve the customer experience.
