For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Patient Access Manager – North Florida to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will focus on improving patient access by educating healthcare providers, resolving reimbursement barriers, and strengthening relationships across provider accounts and support staff.

The position will also partner closely with internal teams and field stakeholders to navigate coverage requirements, prior authorization, and patient support processes.

Success in this role will require strong access and reimbursement expertise, a field-based mindset, and the ability to simplify complex issues to improve the customer experience.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $144,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on access-related requirements to support timely patient access

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in life sciences preferred
• 4+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, market access, national accounts, or specialty pharmacy
• Deep expertise in access and reimbursement strategies
• Medicare expertise strongly preferred
• Strong background in a field-based environment in the healthcare industry
