Qualifications
- 8+ years in patient support services, hub operations, or healthcare operations in biopharmaceuticals.
- Experience with specialty or rare disease products (Sleep, Neuroscience, Oncology).
- Strong Medicare Part D and commercial reimbursement knowledge.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hub and patient support strategies across specialty therapy franchises
- Collaborate on market trends to optimize patient support services programs
- Lead planning and implementation of access strategies and messaging
- Serve as an internal expert on access services and innovative solutions
- Oversee development and maintenance of access tools and programs
- Track and report on key performance indicators for access services
- Engage with industry trends and represent the company at relevant conferences
