Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech supporting Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, Account Management, or related functions; including 2+ years in patient support for specialty products.
• Experience partnering with complex healthcare practices, health systems, and provider networks to support patient access and acquisition pathways.
• Ability to travel 60-80% across territory; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Partner with complex healthcare accounts to support patient access and reimbursement.
• Build relationships with providers, revenue cycle leaders, billing and coding teams, and health system decision-makers.
• Educate customers on access, reimbursement, payer coverage, claims management, and patient support resources.
• Analyze reimbursement and access challenges, identify barriers to treatment, and develop compliant solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on reimbursement dynamics, payer policies, and market trends.
• Support implementation and pull-through of coverage decisions and communicate changes impactfully.
• Provide guidance on product acquisition and buy-and-bill processes, including inventory and billing workflows.
• Collaborate with Patient Support Services to resolve issues and educate customers.
• Share customer insights and market dynamics to inform strategy and improve support.
• Develop territory-specific access and reimbursement plans.
