Job summary

Dexcom seeks a Senior Paralegal to support mergers, acquisitions, strategic ventures, investments, and other corporate transactions from diligence through closing.

You will manage data rooms, checklists, disclosure schedules, signature packets, closing deliverables, and post-closing obligations while coordinating with internal teams, outside counsel, and investors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of corporate legal or paralegal experience, with substantial M&A and transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Support domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and investments through diligence to closing and post-closing matters.
• Manage transaction checklists, data rooms, diligence requests, disclosure schedules, signature packets, closing deliverables, and post-closing obligations.
• Coordinate transaction execution across internal functions, counterparties, outside counsel, and investors; maintain action-item lists.
