Dexcom is seeking an experienced Sr Paralegal in San Diego for a hybrid work arrangement. You will support complex corporate transactions, including M&A, divestitures and strategic investments, through diligence, closing and post-closing activities.

Ideal candidates have extensive paralegal experience in law firms and in-house settings, with data-room and e-signature tooling and strong attention to detail. Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is required.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related corporate legal or paralegal experience.
• Extensive experience supporting M&A, strategic ventures, investments, financings, and other complex corporate transactions.
• Law firm and in-house experience are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, joint ventures, venture financings, and other corporate transactions from diligence through closing and post-closing matters.
• Manage transaction checklists, data rooms, diligence requests, disclosure schedules, signature packets, closing deliverables, and post-closing obligations with high accuracy.
• Proactively track deadlines, identify issues, and keep attorneys and stakeholders informed of status and next steps.
• Coordinate transaction execution across internal functions, counterparties, outside counsel, investors, and third parties.
• Review and organize ancillary transaction documents, including confidentiality agreements and closing binders.
• Conduct factual and legal research, prepare summaries, and help develop templates and tools.
