Dexcom Inc. is seeking an experienced attorney to join as Lead Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support for venture activities and other complex commercial transactions.

You will draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated agreements, manage transactions from structuring to closing, and partner with multiple stakeholders across the organization. You should have a JD, be eligible for California bar admission, and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with in-house exposure preferred.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar member or eligible to register as in-house counsel in California.
• 8+ years of transactional legal experience, with venture investments and strategic transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of venture, collaboration, licensing, development, and commercialization agreements.
• Structure, negotiate, and close sophisticated transactions from inception through execution.
• Coordinate legal workstreams, due diligence, approvals, and closing deliverables.
• Partner with business, finance, tax, regulatory, privacy, IP, compliance, and other teams.
