The Paid Strategist role focuses on day-to-day client deliverables, creating custom client strategies, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders on LinkedIn paid social deliverables.

The role offers opportunities to build high-performing paid strategies, manage budgets, and drive ROI across mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients.
• Deep expertise across paid social campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
• Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV).
• Proficiency with advertising platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense.
• Strong knowledge of paid search, bid mgmt, and optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign data with Google Analytics/GA4 and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts.
• Directly support client contacts.
• Weekly coordination with vendors and partners on tasks and improvements.
• Build quarterly client strategies.
• Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
• Understand client positioning and value propositions.
• Verify lead routing in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet goals.
• Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
• Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals with client relationships.
• Execute and optimize LinkedIn ads, TAM development and targeting to maximize ROI.
