Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking a Paid Strategist to lead day-to-day client deliverables, craft custom strategies, and coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to execute paid social campaigns. Build high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B technology, industrial, and services clients.

This role offers remote-first work with US-based opportunities, travel as needed, and collaboration across divisions to drive ROI and client success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients.
• Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, especially LinkedIn Ads.
• Understanding of LinkedIn ad units such as conversation ads and document ads.
• Proficiency with advertising platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense.
• Strong paid media fundamentals including keyword research, bid management, and optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance with GA4, Excel, and other analytics tools.
• Experience with audience segmentation by tier and job title.
• Proven track record with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts.
• Serve as direct support to client contacts.
• Communicate with vendors and partners to align on tasks and quality.
• Build strategies for clients each quarter.
• Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
• Understand client positioning and value propositions.
• Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM.
• Ensure personal productivity and utilization.
• Collaborate with Associate Director to meet internal and client goals.
• Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
• Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships.
• Execute and optimize LinkedIn campaigns including ad copywriting and targeting.
