Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency seeking a Paid Strategist to manage day-to-day client deliverables and craft custom strategy for Paid Social campaigns. You will work with clients across Technology, Industrial, and Services to maximize ROI and lead quality.

In this remote-first role, you will collaborate with internal teams and act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on tasks, performance metrics, and budget allocations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency supporting B2B clients.
• Deep expertise in paid social, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
• Understanding of LinkedIn ad units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV).
• Proficiency with advertising platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense.
• Strong grasp of paid principles: keyword research, copy, bid mgmt, optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
• Provide direct support to client contacts
• Coordinate weekly with vendors/partners to ensure task alignment and quality
• Develop quarterly client strategies
• Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
• Understand client positioning and value propositions
• Ensure lead routing accuracy in CRM
• Drive personal productivity and utilization
• Collaborate with Associate Director to meet internal and client goals
• Leverage Programmatic campaigns value
• Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
