829 Studios, a Boston-based digital marketing agency, seeks a Lead Paid Search Strategist to guide enterprise client campaigns and coordinate with cross-functional teams. You will strategize, optimize, and report on performance while mentoring junior teammates and potentially managing direct reports over time.

This senior, client-facing role emphasizes proactive communication, analytical rigor, and collaboration across marketing disciplines to drive client success and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Thorough understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hubspot Analytics.
• Understanding of landing page best practices and optimization techniques.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager or similar.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience juggling multiple projects and paid advertising campaigns simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness related to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly on status of digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Develop projections and forecasting for client executive teams.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to client POCs and executives, tailoring to different levels.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Suggest and implement department process improvements.
• Assist with candidate interviews and departmental hiring.
• Onboard, coach, and supervise junior reports if interested.
