Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a senior Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients. You’ll strategize campaigns across digital channels, monitor performance, and deliver client-facing updates with insights.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff are core aspects of the role. You’ll leverage analytics and optimization techniques to drive conversions, present to client executives, and contribute to departmental process improvements.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides and Docs
• Strong analytics skills with Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics
• Landing page optimization expertise
• Experience with PM tools (ClickUp/Asana/Monday.com)
• Experience with pixeling/conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager)
• Experience with reporting tools (Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Experience juggling multiple paid campaigns concurrently

Responsibilities

• Strategize and maintain multiple digital ad campaigns for enterprise clients
• Monitor campaigns against client goals, conversions, and events
• Provide regular client updates and rolling reports
• Produce deliverables from kickoff documents to reports
• Forecast projections for client leadership during engagements
• Advise on achieving business goals through digital advertising
• Present to client POCs and executives, tailoring levels of detail
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers
• Propose and implement process improvements within the department
• Assist with candidate interviews and onboarding of junior staff
