Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, strategize campaigns, and drive success across marketing disciplines. The role is senior and client-facing, with opportunities to mentor junior colleagues and potentially manage direct reports.

You will optimize paid search programs, monitor performance, and communicate regularly with clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing marketing services department.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Strong analytics experience with Google Analytics or HubSpot.
• Understanding landing page optimization best practices.
• Experience with pixel/conversion tracking (GTM) and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign performance against goals, conversions and events.
• Provide regular client updates on status of initiatives.
• Prepare deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Forecast projections for client executive teams.
• Advise on how to achieve business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to client stakeholders at various levels within organizations.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Suggest and implement departmental process improvements.
• Assist with candidate interviews and hiring within the department.
• Onboard, coach, and supervise junior team members if desired.
