Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to oversee a portfolio of enterprise clients within the Marketing Services department. You will strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive client success.

You will mentor junior colleagues, evolve processes, and may oversee direct reports in time. This is a senior, client-facing role with growth into leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of paid advertising program management.
• Proficient with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Experience with analytics platforms and reporting tools.
• Ability to mentor junior teammates.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and optimize multiple digital ad campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaigns against client goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates and deliverables from kickoff to reporting.
• Develop projections and forecasts for executive teams.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to client POCs and executives; tailor to levels.
• Act as a technical resource across departments and teams.
• Lead process improvements and participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Onboard, coach, and potentially supervise junior staff.
