Job summary

829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, seeks a Lead Paid Search Strategist to own high-stakes enterprise campaigns. You will strategize, execute, and optimize across Google Ads and related platforms while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver client success.

You will mentor junior colleagues, contribute to process improvements, and present insights to client executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong proficiency with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot Analytics.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign performance against goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates on campaign status.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Forecast projections for client executive teams throughout engagements.
• Advise on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to client POCs and executives with tailored messaging.
• Act as a technical resource across departments and peers.
• Propose and implement departmental process improvements.
• Assist with interviews and onboarding of junior team members.
