829 Studios is seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to lead a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will strategize, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client goals.

You will mentor junior colleagues, coach peers, and potentially manage direct reports over time. This senior, client-facing role emphasizes proactive communication and data-driven decision making within a fast-growing marketing agency.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8 years of paid advertising experience, preferably in an agency.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides and Docs.
• Experience with Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Understanding of landing page optimization.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with reporting tools (Google Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns.
