829 Studios is seeking a senior Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and drive performance across campaigns. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and help guide the Marketing Services group toward data-driven outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, analytics, and strategic leadership, with opportunities to grow into direct reports and broader marketing responsibilities within a fast-growing agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign performance against client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly on campaign status and progress.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Develop projections and forecasting for client executive teams.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to client stakeholders at various levels.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Lead process improvements within the department.
• Assist with interviews and onboarding of junior staff.
