Code3, a digital marketing agency, seeks a Senior Strategist, Search to lead paid search strategy across a diverse client portfolio. Stay ahead of trends and align paid search with broader business objectives and outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, drive audits and campaign optimizations, and explore AI-enabled approaches to maintain a competitive edge while delivering insights and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of proven experience in developing paid search media plans and strategic presentations.
• Experience contributing to new business pitches.
• Ability to anticipate client requests and provide proactive solutions.
• Proficiency in research platforms, paid search platforms, and analytics dashboards.
• Certifications in digital marketing or paid search are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide paid search strategy and routine audits across platforms (Google, Microsoft, Yahoo!) and tactics (Brand, Non-brand, Shopping, PMAX, Demand Gen, Competitor).
• Deliver activation excellence on campaign builds, pacing management and optimization deployment.
• Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, optimizations and establishing bidding strategies to meet and exceed client KPIs.
• Perform QA for all campaign builds, edits, landing pages, URL tags, campaign settings and measurement studies.
• Leverage feed management strategies with Feedonomics and Shopify to guide campaigns.
• Provide proactive and reactive performance insights and optimization recommendations leveraging data sets and tools.
• Identify, test, and scale innovative approaches including AI applications within paid search.
