Job summary

Code3, an integrated marketing agency powering business growth across the U.S., seeks a senior paid search leader to set vision and roadmaps. You will stay ahead of AI and automation, translating developments into practical guidance and owning paid search performance across the portfolio.

You will partner with agency leadership on staffing, utilization, revenue and profitability, while leading a high-performing team, hiring, coaching, and building training rhythms to elevate technical expertise

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for paid search at Code3, establishing POVs, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Stay ahead of AI, automation, and changing search behavior, turning developments into practical guidance.
• Own paid search performance across the portfolio, serving as senior advisor and escalation point.
• Partner with agency leadership on staffing, utilization, revenue, and profitability.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of five, owning hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Build training and operating rhythms to improve technical expertise and client communication.
