Code3 in the United States is seeking a Head of Paid Search to set the vision for Code3's paid search practice and lead its next phase of growth. This hands-on leadership role will manage a five-person team, guide client strategy, and own performance across Google and Microsoft Advertising.

You will connect paid search with Creative, Commerce, and Partnerships, drive process improvements, mentor talent, and represent the practice in client conversations and market opportunities.

Competenze

• 8+ years of paid search experience with substantial agency background.
• 3+ years leading paid search professionals, including hiring and coaching.
• Experience advising senior clients and leading audits, pitches, and strategic presentations.

Mansioni

• Set the vision and roadmap for paid search at Code3.
• Own paid search performance across Code3's client portfolio.
• Provide strategic oversight and hands-on keyboard support for select large or complex accounts.
• Lead the paid search strategy for audits, pitches, and prospect conversations.
• Own Code3's Google partnership and build relationships with key partners.
