You will partner with agency leadership on staffing, utilization, revenue and profitability, while leading a high-performing team, hiring, coaching, and building training rhythms to elevate technical expertise

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for paid search at Code3, establishing POVs, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Stay ahead of AI, automation, and changing search behavior, turning developments into practical guidance.
• Own paid search performance across the portfolio, serving as senior advisor and escalation point.
• Partner with agency leadership on staffing, utilization, revenue, and profitability.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of five, owning hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Build training and operating rhythms to improve technical expertise and client communication.
